Any agreements, disputes, or claims related to medical treatment are between the patient and the treating facility.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MedMax Care shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to medical complications, travel disruptions, accommodation issues, or loss of data. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the facilitation fee paid, if any.
